As an 80's kid, growing up and watching Masters of the Universe I loved all of the colorful characters, especially the villains. The likeness of Hordak captured in this statue is just amazing! With a touch of a realistic touch added to this piece it really brings the character to life.
My gosh, this statue is breathtaking. Detail is amazing. Hail to the Horde!!!
With space and funds being so limited, I'm SUPER choosy about what statues I buy. This is one that I HAD to have and he doesn't disappoint! Every detail is sculpted and painted to perfection. The material used is quality and the magnets are strong. The only downside is how heavy this guy is... this might be the most weighty statue I own of any scale and forced me to rethink my whole display! I don't usually collect whole lines, I tend to pick & choose by character... but this guy made me decide to possibly go all in on this MOTU Legends line.
I have all of the statue that tweeterhead stated years back starting with Skeletor and He-Man. Skeletor has always been my favorite from the line but now that Hordak has arrived I’d say it’s taken the top spot. This piece as with all in the line is supposed to be a more realistic take on what those characters would look like. I only wish the scale was the same, the previous were 1/6 scale and the latest MOTU statues are 1/5. They still compliment each other very well even side by side. I hear Mer-Man and Trap Jaw are coming. Absolutely cannot wait. This is 1st and still most favorite statue line that I own.
This piece is awesome I love it the right height it is the best thing I have ever seen.
